- First wash all vegetables & chopped in big pieces..
- Heat the Vessel take water for boiling add chopped beetroot,carrot,spinach,garlic, tomato & small piece of ginger add some water again if required then cover the lid for approx 30 to 40 minutes in low flame..
- After 40 minutes vegetables is about to cook completely they become soft give rest for cools completely in room temperature..
- When vegetables get cools then drain it extra water we use same water later so don't waste it just keep aside..
- Take a mixer jar add boiled vegetables and add some drain water to make puree try to use same water as much as possible..
- Heat the pan add ghee or butter then add cumin seeds saute for a minute & turn vegetables puree in it stir continuously in low flame then add extra water which we store as per requirement..
- Soup consistency is to be thick then add black pepper powder & salt together mix well stir continuously then add sugar it gives good taste..
- When it gives boils sprinkle some butter too then immediately serve in Soup bowl garnish with mint leaves & fresh cream (optional) or butter & little bit of black pepper powder..
- Healthy Iron rich soup is ready to serve..
