- In medium bowl combine ground beef and ground pork. Set aside..
- Whisk eggs in a small bowl add horseradish and mix well..
- Open stuffing, add entire package to meat mixture. Mix well with hands (it's the best way to insure it is mixed) add in egg mixture, and 1/2 can golden mushroom soup, continue using your hands until mixed well..
- Form into a loaf and place in casserole dish or cast iron skillet. Pour remaining golden mushroom soup on top. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes..
- Remove from oven and cover the top with the entire can of beefy mushroom soup and bake for another 10 minutes..
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes, slice and serve..
