  5. It's 1 (15 oz) of can diced tomatoes.
  6. It's 1 of medium onion, diced.
  7. Prepare 3 cloves of minced garlic.
  8. Prepare 2 cups of shredded cheese (whatever is your favorite).
  9. It's 2 of medium eggs.
  10. You need 2 tsp of Sea Salt (regular salt also works).
  11. You need 1.5 tsp of ground black pepper.

  1. Cut tops off the peppers, remove seeds & ribs from inside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl: combine ground pork, cooked rice, 1/2 can diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, cheese, eggs, salt & pepper.
  3. Mix well until evenly combined.
  4. Stuff peppers with mixture and place in crockpot, stuffed side up. (I prefer to fill peppers after I place them in crockpot).
  5. Pour chicken broth over and around peppers.
  6. Next, pour the rest of the canned tomatoes over the peppers.
  7. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 5 1/2 to 6 hours.
